These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 11kkk platform and all services, games, betting options, and related features under it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you"/"member") and the 11kkk management board ("we"/"platform").

11kkk is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and entertaining online gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. Our goal is to make every member's experience safe and enjoyable.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to members in Bangladesh. The word "platform" as used here refers to the 11kkk website, mobile version, and all related services.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms of each individual promotion. If there is a conflict on any matter, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence over these general terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the 11kkk platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual may register only one account. Creating more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or household may require verification.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed at any time, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

You must provide a valid mobile number and email address when registering. This contact information may need to be verified.

2.4 KYC Verification

To ensure a safe environment, 11kkk may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. This may require a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC is completed.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

If you believe your account details have been compromised or that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. 11kkk is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use.

Our platform uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep your personal and financial information protected. However, caution on the user's part remains essential.

Sharing your account with anyone else, operating it through a third party, or using any automated software to manage your account is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 11kkk platform is ৳500 (five hundred taka). This applies to every payment method. We currently support the following methods:

• Upay — Mobile Financial Service
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, contact our support team with proof of payment.

The owner of the payment method used for the deposit and the account holder must be the same person. Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are processed and generally reach your nominated payment method within 1 hour.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, verify that there are no active wagering requirements on your account — funds from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions have been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳20,000

The welcome bonus can be claimed only once and applies to the first deposit only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager 1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 before any bonus winnings become withdrawable.

The deadline for meeting the wagering requirement is set from the date the bonus is issued. If the requirement is not met within the set period, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

Specific terms and conditions apply to every promotion or bonus offer. The terms of one promotion may not apply together with another. 11kkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

If an attempt is made to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

The 11kkk platform offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as online casino games. Specific rules apply to each game or betting market.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it is deemed void due to a technical error.

If a technical error occurs in any game or bet (such as a software bug or connection loss), 11kkk reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.

The results of sporting events depend on actual on-field conditions. If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, bet settlement will follow the specific rules for that game.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All our games are developed by trusted software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe. These providers are independently tested and ensure fair play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11kkk platform and may result in account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity
• Using artificial or fraudulent means to obtain bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Using automated software, bots, or any other automation tools on your account
• Attempting to hack or penetrate the platform's security systems
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or engaging in money laundering activities
• Harassing or threatening other members
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through unethical activities

If involved in any of the above activities, 11kkk reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account, forfeit the associated balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Suspension by 11kkk

11kkk may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms
• KYC verification is incomplete
• During an investigation into fraudulent activity
• Security-related reasons or technical issues
• Instructions from a court or regulatory authority

8.2 Account Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Make sure to withdraw any outstanding balance before closing your account. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion option.

8.3 Account Recovery

Contact support to recover an account that was closed in error. If it is established after investigation that the account did not violate any rules, it will be reinstated.

The intellectual property of third-party game software providers is owned by their respective owners and governed by their own terms and conditions.

The 11kkk platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party services.

• Losses caused by the member's internet connection being interrupted
• Account information being leaked due to the member's own negligence
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances
• Expected profits not being realised based on the outcome of bets or games

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11kkk's total liability for any single claim will not exceed the amount deposited by the member in the past 30 days.

11kkk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or through the platform.
